PROCESSING TIMES
Orders completed before 2PM will be shipped same day. In rare instances please allow up to 3 business days to process orders. Orders will not be processed on holidays or weekends.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders will be shipped with tracking. Please track your order on the couriers website.
Once order is completed you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing tracking information.

Shipping costs will be calculated once you enter your delivery address. Costs vary based on shipping courier and location. Discounts are available for shipping price.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders that reach the free shipping threshold displayed on the cart page will be eligible for free shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen delays from the courier.
Stand Shipping typically takes 4-8 Days
Express Shipping typically takes 2-4 Days.
ORDER ISSUES
Lost or Damaged
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at contact@arabpouches.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
Incorrect Address
We kindly remind customers to carefully review their shipping details before placing an order. NICO POUCH LTD is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped from our Swedish warehouse. Packages may be subject to taxes upon customs clearance.
